Mateo Ruiz Gonzáles is a visual artist from Bogota, Colombia. His work
explores cultural beliefs—both fact and myth, human behavior and its
emotional connection to a specific place or the idea of one. Mateo is currently
based in Brooklyn, New York and currently working in different projects between
Florida, Colombia and Italy.
